How we offer it, (in the way it is presented and promoted) and who we offer it to, (our intended audience ) are trademarked Including The Nantwich Sling Library™, The Nantwich Sling Clinic,™ The Knustford Sling Library™, The Knustford Sling Clinic™ and The Nantwich Babywearing Snug™.

 Our original language, tone, phrases, descriptions and expressions we use across platforms in resources and messaging such as “signature or bespoke sling services,” “carefully selected premium carriers,” or “select slings or carriers”, “ Premium Sling Hire” 

“ High end Carriers” and Boutique style babywearing experience”.

All these combined elements make us stand out and reflect the kind of service we aim to offer, the particular audience and clients we aim to attract and work with, as well as the kind of professional services and businesses we aim to associate, network, and collaborate with.

Our unique blend of babywearing, antenatal, postnatal, and breastfeeding support — paired with tea, cake, and genuine conversation — reflects a welcoming, relational tone designed to serve a particular and selective demographic of families. This approach forms part of our business owner’s signature style and underpins a brand experience that is clearly and purposefully ours.

Many other similar services have similar offerings and serve the same demographic but have made the effort to establish a clear and unique identity, demonstrating that it is both possible to be totally authentic and important to do so. There’s every opportunity for you to do the same.

Replicating, copying, and plagiarising  content without the ability to deliver services to the same standard or with the same values is misrepresentation. It damages both the integrity of the original business and potentially misleads clients.

We know how hard it is to start and grow a business. We’ve been there. We also know it can feel overwhelming and uncertain, especially in the early stages.

Taking inspiration is completely natural—and can often be the spark for something authentically brilliant and original.

We are genuinely flattered that other service providers see such value in our content and use it as the benchmark of quality and professionalism to aspire to. However, when specific phrases and language are lifted directly and passed off as original, —it becomes clear that what’s being replicated is more than just words — it’s the authentic voice, lived experience, professional identity, ethos,  and carefully considered approach of our business owner.
